Do I need to install anything on my computer?+
No. Aligner Tracker is a web application. Open the link with Chrome or Edge and install it as a desktop app with one click. No software to download, works on any PC.
Does the patient app work on iPhone and Android?+
Yes. On iPhone install from Safari with "Add to Home Screen". On Android install from Chrome with the automatic banner. Works exactly like a real native app.
How it works il periodo di prova?+

What is the difference between the monthly plan and the permanent license?+
Il piano mensile a 29€ si rinnova ogni mese e include sempre gli aggiornamenti. La licenza definitiva a 250€ si paga una sola volta — include tutti gli aggiornamenti futuri e non ha scadenza. Il rientro avviene in less than 9 months rispetto al mensile.
Is patient data safe?+
Yes. Data is stored on Firebase (Google Cloud), with encryption and protected access. Each clinic sees only its own patients. Data is never shared with third parties.
Can I use it in multiple languages?+
Yes. The app is available in Italian and English. Support for French and Spanish is in development. For international clinics, the language can be configured at activation.
